("Dialogo AI," "we," or "us") and our website at dialogo.chat, along with our software, applications, and other services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions, including Dialogo AI's Privacy Policy (available at: https://dialogo.chat/privacy), (together, these "Terms") are a legally binding contract between you and Dialogo AI regarding your use of the Service.

BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," SIGNING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THESE TERMS, OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THESE TERMS.

  1. Dialogo AI Service Overview. Our platform offers a comprehensive AI suite that brings your productivity to a new level with intelligent agents, deep research capabilities, and smart workflow automation.
  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.
  3. Accounts and Registration. To access features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you believe that your account is no longer secure, please notify us at pear@trypear.ai.
  4. Payment Terms. Certain features require payment of fees. Our current pricing is available on our pricing page. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and non-refundable unless required by law.
  5. Data Privacy and Security. We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://dialogo.chat/privacy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
  6. Intellectual Property. All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Dialogo AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  7. Termination. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
  8. Disclaimers and Limitations. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Section 10 below.
  10. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association. YOU AND DIALOGO AI WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
