I was spending 5+ hours per week on LinkedIn — drafting posts, analyzing engagement, finding leads, and writing outreach. Here is how I automated the entire workflow using Dialogo AI agents, and what the results looked like after 90 days.

The Problem

I was spending 5+ hours per week managing my LinkedIn presence as a founder — drafting posts, checking engagement data, identifying investor leads, and writing personalized connection messages.

Every hour on LinkedIn was an hour not spent on product or customers. But stopping wasn't an option — LinkedIn was generating real deal flow.

What I Automated

Using Dialogo AI agents, I built a workflow covering three areas:

1. Content Drafting

The agent pulls from my notes and recent industry news, then drafts LinkedIn posts in my voice. I review, adjust tone, and post. Time per post: 5 minutes instead of 30.

2. Engagement Analysis

The agent scrapes my post analytics weekly and generates a plain-English summary: "Your last 4 posts averaged 3.2% engagement. The one on AI orchestration performed 2x the average. Post more on that." No more digging through LinkedIn's dashboard manually.

3. Investor and Partner Outreach

The agent identifies relevant connections based on my target criteria (stage, sector, geography), pulls their recent activity, and drafts personalized outreach messages with specific references to their work. I review and send.
